This vacation villa offers a maximum of privacy and is the perfect place for beach holidays in a private surrounding, away from mass tourism and yellow press reporters. The exclusive beach-front property is situated uphill next to a pine forest, in a serene environment with beautiful sea-view and private beach. A very quiet area, 2 kilometres south of the center of Porto Heli. The villa has 700 m2 total surface, constructed on four levels and a basement of ca 100 m2 included, 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms, living room, sitting-room with fire place, dining room, kitchen, a guest’s apartment, plus seperate staff quarters complete with own kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. Main level: The main entrance of the building. The entrance hall leads to a surface of ca 225 m2, the living and sitting area. Next to it, is the dining room and kitchen area. On the same level, the grass garden, adjacent to which is the swimming pool and BBQ, offers a panoramic view of the sea blending harmoniously with the green of the hills. A corridor starting from the main entrance hall leads to the study, the pantry, the laundry area and the staff’s quarters. All the living areas as well as the master bedroom are fully air-conditioned centrally, while all the other bedrooms have split units. Upper level: The Master Bedroom and four more bedrooms are on this level, of total surface of 150 m2, all with their private bathrooms. The veranda of the Master Bedroom overlooks the gulf across, and an overall view of the garden below. Top level: The Guest’s suite of ca 50 m2, a self contained studio is found on this level with ist own WC, kitchenette and veranda, offering the guest privacy and a beautiful view from the highest point of the building. At the lower level of the villa we find the cellar, a playroom with a bar, a billiard’s area, a sitting room, and a WC, all with access to the garden. Attached to this level is another guest apartment with a private entrance from the garden. The storage space, the pump room and the elevator’s engine-room, are place in the villa’s underground level. The elevator serves all the levels of the villa. Going downhill towards the water, the path is surrounded by a highly planted area with trees, flowers and bushes. Just in front of the private beach, there is a gazebo with a sitting and dining area, as well as a BBQ made of stone. VILLA PETRO enjoys an exclusive seaside position along the Peloponnese coast, and includes its own private beach. Add to that numerous outdoor areas (shaded and sunny), plenty of room for outdoor dining, and bedroom balconies, and you have a recipe for paradise.
From Athens you can rent a car at the airport, or you can use our taxi service direct to the villa. Additional are the fast passenger ferry boats from Pireaus (Port of Athens) to Porto Heli or Ermioni available.
Porto Heli Lifestyle
Driving directions: From Athens Airport use the highway until Korinth Canal and then the national motorway down south to Porto Heli. Passing Corinth Canal take the first exit towards Epidauros – under the bridge to the left. At Old Epidauros village take the right exit to Kranidi and Port Heli – under the bridge to the left and continue via the villages of Trahia, Didima and Kranidi to Porto Heli.
