APARTMENT PANORAMA

Located in a very quiet area on the top of a hill between the villages Porto Heli and Ermioni - the perfect place for a vacation of your soul. If you're looking downhill from the veranda to the long sandy Petrothalassa Beach, you will know why this place is so special and relaxing.

The apartment is at the ground floor with direct access to the garden. The first floor is reserved for the owner. The apartment has two entry doors and can be used as 2 seperate units if you are a group of two families. In this case a door in the middle of the apartment can be locked. Optimal for 2 families or a group of 6 to 8 persons.

Unit A
has a large livingroom with kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom. In the large livingroom is a sleeping sofa which can be additional used as a double bed, if you are group of 7 or 8 persons.

Unit B
has a kitchen with livingarea, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

The apartment is very clean and well maintained, the kitchen is fully equipped and the bedsheets and towels are changed once a week. Washing mashine and iron can be used free of charge once a week. The apartment has air-condition installed.

Outside of the apartment are two verandas with pergola (sun and shadow); a large table and chairs for 8 persons; and a nice garden with garden shower and BBQ-station.

The next beach is 1km away, to the center of Porto Heli with large supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and shops it is only a short drive (5km). You can prebook a rental car online at our website (start/end of rental at Athens airport or in Porto Heli).

PORTO HELI is about 180 km from Athens by road (Peninsula Peloponnese / Region Argolida) and has one of the safest natural harbours of Greece.

If you arrive in Patra with a ferry boat from Italy you'll drive with your car to Porto Heli. From Athens you can rent a car at the airport or you can use the fast passenger ferry boats from Pireaus (Port of Athens) to Porto Heli or Ermioni.

Porto Heli Lifestyle

Porto Heli has a small population (2500) and, while active all year round, it is pleasantly busy whilst never overcrowded during the summer months and manages to maintain its own tranquil identity.

The coastal road affords panoramic views with many unspoilt bays and taverns to explore leisure. Yachting, waterskiing, scuba diving, tennis or just sunbathing are all catered for.

Cruises from Porto Heli harbour to the islands of Spetses, Hydra, Poros or to Monemvasia on the Arcadian peninsular run weekly during the summer.

Many cultural and historic attractions are easily accessible by road: 5 minutes to Kosta (ferry to Spetses); 20 minutes to Ermioni (ferry to Hydra); 45 minutes to Epidavros; one hour to Corinth, Nafplion, Myceni; 2.5 hours to Athens, etc.

There are many bays in and around Porto Heli. Some having beachbars and facilities, some not. You can always find a beach with no or only a few people around and you can enjoy every day a different beach in the area.

Athens Airport (ATH): Approximate driving time is 150 minutes.
A bus to the port of Piraeus is available from the airport. From there we recommend the passenger ferry FLYING CAT (motor catamaran) to Porto Heli or Ermioni. Online reservation for rental car or ferry tickets can be made through our website.

Driving directions: From Athens Airport use the highway until Korinth Canal and then the national motorway down south to Porto Heli. Passing Corinth Canal take the first exit towards Epidauros – under the bridge to the left. At Old Epidauros village take the right exit to Kranidi and Port Heli – under the bridge to the left. Approaching Porto Heli take the left at the roundabout to the beach road. You'll receive more details with your booking confirmation.
